Return/Exchange Policy
To protect the rights and interests of customers and maintain the normal operation of the store, the return and exchange service terms of Brateck Online Store require that you read them carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, you are deemed to have agreed to all the contents of these terms.
I) Unshipped Order Processing
For orders that have not yet been dispatched, you have the right to cancel or modify the order information without any reason. You can contact our online customer service for assistance. We will confirm the amendment for you within 1-2 working days.
II) Return and Exchange Rules within 10 Days After Delivery
1. Unopened goods: If the goods are in their original packaging, undamaged, unused, and suitable for secondary sale, you can apply for a return and refund. We will return the refund to your payment account within 3-5 working days after receiving the returned goods and confirming their quality.
2. Opened but unused goods: If the goods have been opened but show no signs of use, the packaging and accessories are intact, and they are suitable for secondary sale, only exchange for an equivalent electronic consumption voucher is supported. Cash refunds are not provided. The consumption voucher can be used for future purchases in our store and is valid for 60 days from the date of issuance.
3. Shipping Fee Explanation: For returns and exchanges not caused by product quality issues, you need to bear the shipping costs for both sending out and returning the goods yourself; if the returns and exchanges are caused by the product's own quality issues, all shipping costs will be borne by our store.
III) Return Policy within 11 to 30 days After Delivery
1. During this period, only exchanges for products of the acceptance price range are supported. Returns and refunds are not available. The goods must be in an unused state, with intact packaging and in a condition that does not affect resale.
2. Shipping Fee Explanation: For returns and exchanges not caused by product quality issues, you need to bear the shipping costs for both sending out and returning the goods yourself; if the returns and exchanges are caused by the product's own quality issues, all shipping costs will be borne by our store.
IV) Return and Exchange Rules After 30 Days After Delivery
If the goods are ordered more than 30 days ago, our store will not accept return or exchange requests.
V) Return and Exchange Instructions for Quality Issues
If the goods you receive have quality problems of their own, please contact our online customer service within 7 days of receiving the goods and provide photos or videos of the problem. After verifying the situation, we will handle the return and exchange service for you. All shipping costs will be borne by our store.
VI) Remarks
1. For customized products, except for quality issues, are not supported. Please refer to the product details page for specific information.
2. If the returned goods have been damaged by human factors, are missing accessories, or affect the resale of the product, our store reserves the right to reject your return and exchange request.
Refund Policy
If the purchase amount is $630 + shipping fee $62, total $692, the refund amount after deducting the bank handling fee will be $692 × (1 - 4.5%) = $660.86.
