Return/Exchange Policy 

Thank you for shopping with us.

To protect the rights of both parties, we offer a three-stage return, exchange, and maintenance service based on the fulfillment status of your order:

Stage 1:

Prior to Order Dispatch (Unfulfilled)Cancellation & Refund: Orders can be canceled for a refund before they are dispatched from our warehouse.Fees & Charges: Any bank transfer or payment gateway processing fees will be deducted from the refund. The remaining balance will be credited back to your original payment method.

Stage 2:

Within 10 Days After Dispatch (From the date of delivery confirmation)Personal Reasons (Non-quality issues):No refunds will be accepted. However, exchanges for other product types are permitted.The total value of the newly selected items must be equal to or greater than the original order amount. Customers must pay the price difference, and no partial refunds will be issued for any remaining balance.Customers are solely responsible for arranging and covering all return and re-shipping costs.Product Quality Issues (Manufacturing defects):Returns and full refunds are accepted.Our company will fully cover all return shipping costs and related bank processing fees.

Stage 3:

After 10 Days of DispatchReturn & Exchange Restrictions: Once 10 days have passed since dispatch, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for any reason.

After-Sales Service: Within the warranty period, we will provide product maintenance and repair services for malfunctions or defects caused by non-human factors.

Refund Policy


1 Non-product Quality Issues

If the product has not been shipped from the warehouse and the customer requests order cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the customer shall bear the bank handling fees as well as follows:

A. For customers who paid via PayPal, a 4.5% bank handling fee will be deducted. Calculation example:
If the purchase amount is $630 + shipping fee $62, total $692, the refund amount after deducting the bank handling fee will be $692 × (1 - 4.5%) = $660.86.

B. For customers who paid via methods other than PayPal, a bank handling fee of 3.2% + $2.35 will be deducted. Calculation example:


If the goods have been shipped, the customer shall not only bear the bank handling fees but also all shipping costs.

 

2 Product Quality Issues

All incurred handling charges shall be borne by our company.
